How to balance you're day.

 

Sometimes i have a lot of things to do that i wish that I have more than 24 hours in my day. However I have found out the 24 hours may not be enough but can certainly do a lot in a single day through the following tips.

1. Cut down on movies and series.
Movies and series are a great source of entertainment but they are also time guzzlers. The trick is not to stop watching them completely but to cut down on them. Choose the ones that are completely interesting and do not watch more than three episodes in a day. Also instead of watching all the movies that are showing why not just wait for the biggest blockbusters and watch only those.

2. Cut down on sleep.
Sleeping for more than 6 hour's in a day is too much for any adult. I honestly have to admit that I hate sleep. Why sleep while there is so much to be done. Sleeping takes up a lot of our our time and we should sleep only when we have to.

3. Do not over do.
Balance is the key world here. Try and balance your time. Don't take up all your time working but also don't take up all of your time with your friends. Try and make up time for everything and to also have fun.

4. Get rid of of time wasting habits.
We all have those habits that have no use at all. If we cut down on such habits then we are creating time for us to do something useful.
